GASPAR, JOCARLOS - UM POETA DE CAXIAS - Nasceu no Estado do Rio de Jeneiro em 10/07/1950. Escritor, poeta, jornalista e teólogo. Participou de vários trabalhos editados no Brasil e no Exterior.Filho de José de Assumpção Gaspar (Contribuiu de forma expressiva durante a 2@ Guerra Mundial, recebendo medalha de bronze, prata e ouro. Recentemente recebeu "MOÇÃO DE CONGRATULAÇÕES E APLAUSOS",Através da Assembléia Legislativa do RJ, assinada pelo Deputado Délio Leal) e de Zilda Gonçalves Gaspar (a qual tem contribuido na área eclesiástica através da música.Tendo participação especial no "Coral Classico ADJ 25 de Agosto", e no "Coral das Senhoras "Lírios dos Vales." Casado com Eliana Gonçalves Gaspar.Tem um filho de nome José Carlos Gonçalves Gaspar (Mestre em Matemática),Casado com Gisele Guerra Gaspar (Mestre em Geografia).Tendo dois irmãos:Carlos Cesar Gaspar e Carlos Roberto Gaspar.Participou das seguintes Antologias:Conquistando Mais Amizades do Que Solidão (Vol. IX ao XIX); Papo & Poesia-Da Academia do Papo & Poesia, editada por Manoel Gomes. She writers poems,articles,short stories,essays,novels,and review of book.
She is a life member of the "World Academy of Arts and Culture"/"World Congress of Poets" (Which awarded her the title of the Honorary Doctor of Literature) and of the IWA (International Writers Association).She is a member of "World Poets Society".
Her poems, short stories and essays have appeared in foreign and Greek Anthologies, they have been translated into English, French, Italian, Albanian, Bengali, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinesse, Korean and have won prizes in national an international liberary competilios. She selected by "The International Poetry Translation and Research Centre" and the Journal of "The Word Poets Quarterly" on "The International Best Trnslators 2005" (China,2006) and by the Greek Literary Club "Xasteron" as "The Best Greek Translator of the year 2007" (March,22,2008).
She has published the books:
1-"Dissimilar Landscapes" (Poetry collection),Athens,2001.

XXVII World Congress of Poets was successfully held within the framework of the Commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the Independence Day of India. XXVII Congresso Mundial de Poetas foi realizada com sucesso no âmbito da comemoração do 60 º aniversário do Dia da Independência da Índia. Under the lofty motto of World Brotherhood and Peace through Poetry , more than 250 poets from 26 countries have been working at their convention for a whole week according to a rich and interesting program. Sob o lema do Mundial nobres fraternidade e da paz através da poesia, mais de 250 poetas de 26 países têm estado a trabalhar na sua convenção para uma semana inteira de acordo com um programa rico e interessante.

The result of the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Poetry Competition was announced : the first place was for the poem « The Hindu, the Atheist and Gandhi » by Lyn Coffin from USA, the second place was the poem « Tu voz » by Laura Hernandez from Mexico. A 4-day Post-Congress Tour was organized for all Congress participants to Mahabalipuram- a costal marvel of Tamil Nadu and a prominent port with historic importance during 7 th to 9 th century. XXVII World Congress of Poets was successfully held within the framework of the Commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the Independence Day of India. Under the lofty motto of World Brotherhood and Peace through Poetry , more than 250 poets from 26 countries have been working at their convention for a whole week according to a rich and interesting program. A 4-day Post-Congress Tour was organized for all Congress participants to Mahabalipuram- a costal marvel of Tamil Nadu and a prominent port with historic importance during 7 th to 9 th century.
